The interior consists of a large loft room overlooked by the two loft bedrooms which are accessed by stairs in wood and iron. The kitchen overlooks the loft room stealing from the window a glimpse of the lawn. The large bathroom with shower is covered with gray stone. The loft is surrounded by two large windows overlooking the private garden and the patio, for bright outdoor dining.

The Patio
The patio divides the two portions of the Podere and offers the possibility of outdoor dining in the shade and in total privacy, with a large table that seats ten. The patio is equipped with a large Weber gas barbecue, both for grilling and with a traditional stove. A stone sink makes it easier to operate while cooking.
